Confidential phone number and other contact information LEAKED!

// February 2nd, 2012 // Uncategorized

In what is being hailed as the largest scandal in Wizzair history, one of their employees mistakenly exposed hidden and highly confidential Wizzair information.

The email was accidentally sent to a customer instead of it’s intended recipient, another employee two cubicles down.  The email contained unrequited correspondence from several irate customers which was forwarded along with a crude hungarian folk tale involving pizza and a leper  after which was a joke about the absurd nature of customer demands and the foolishness of them expecting “a response.”

However the email was mistakenly misdirected and sent to the customer.  This in itself is against Wizzair’s strict policy of “non-interference” regarding all customer emails.  This is the second only known email ever sent to a customer.  The first one was “lost,” but is rumored to have contained several large words and some inane details.

Neatly tucked away at the end after the Wizzair employee’s musings were a phone number and an email address.

The most elusive phone number in Europe has been revealed.  If you have any missed flights or have been stranded in some remote corner of Europe you now have a chance!  Call now before it is disconnected. UPDATE: The phone number was redirected immediately after this article to an automated call center in Dubai where you are inundated with Punjabi Techno and forced to pay €1 per minute for the pleasure.

I WILL PUT THESE GUYS INTO BANKRUPTCY GLADLY OVER £52 IT HAS TO BE A PRICIPAL WORTHY OF FIGHTING TO THE END. A CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON BOARD FREE WITH A £60 FLIGHT BUT THEY TRY TO DOUBLE THE FARE

Mike, I am in the same situation – the Wizzair refused to do anything about my complaint. Two days ago I contacted the British Civil Aviation Authority http://www.caa.co.uk/ and submitted a formal complaint. The same day I received an e-mail back asking for more information. I fly a lot, I mean A LOT, and I have NEVER EVER experienced anything like this. They treat you like an idiot, and you cannot do anything about it but to pay. If these guys provide their services in this country, they’ve got to operate according to the laws of this country. The only way forward in my opinion is to spend some time (if you are in the similar situation) and let the authorities know about Wizzair trading standards. Only then – maybe – just maybe – something will change.

  3. Magyar Csaba says:

I suggest to all those people with nothing better to do with their time to stop flying with wizzair and see how far you get.

    Morons

  4. Magyar Csaba says:

32 kg luggage allowance too with wizzair! See how you fare with ryanair with their generous 15kg.

    You whiners are such idiots!

    Long live wizzair!

    • A McKinnon says:

Yeah all good and well but no good to many as onward flights are 20kg………….Wizzair are CRAP!

      • Magyar Csaba says:

Yeah yeah, wizzair are crap you say, but you just admitted that most other airlines only allow 20 kg, wow that is an amazing allowance hey? As for Ryanair, only 15kg! I don’t even think you know yourself what you are whining about on here. Who said you have to fly Wizzair? Don’t do it you bafoon, if you don’t like them, get over it!

    • A Hungairan says:

Buddy you better shut up! A call center for 1 euro per minute and charging extra for cabin baggage is a rip off!
Yeah 32 kg is a good deal and that is all!!!
Customer service is ridiculous! not like Easyjet for instance.

Probaljal meg esszel irogatni. Dul benned a nemzeti buszkeseg pedig erre most nem nagyon lehetunk buszkek amit a Wizz air muvel!!!

      • heinz beans says:

Im sorry but you should not tell another person to “shut up”. How would you like it if someone called you ” a dirtbag” it would not be nice- right? so please let us refrain from profanity or rudeness. 32kg is overgenerous for luggage that is a fact. ryanair by comparison allow less than half that. what part of this do you not understand?

        • CheapFlightsStillAttractMe says:

Yeah what about cabin luggage policy? Tiny bags are free, ANY roller is to be paid for. (32 cm wid rollers don’t appear on the market)

      • Magyar Csaba says:

Mit művel a wizzair, mond, mit?

I hate the bastards. I have recently purchased flights with Wizz Air using a bank transfer. Unfortunately, I transfered the money and they have not supplied me with any tickets. This to me is stealing, and I have no idea what to do about this. Can anyone please help?. They refuse to give me my money back on the phone (which is a premium rate number which I have had to call on three occasions!), they refuse to call me back. They refuse to email me. They refuse to answer my emails. Can anyone help. They have plan stolen my money.

    • Luka says:

Hey there. I might have ended up in the same situation as you. Yesterday I booked a flight with them (unfortunately not having seen this website prior to it) and in order to save a few punds chose to pay by bank transfer. I transfer the money today (again, before finding out about this site) and am now waiting for some kind of confirmation. A few consolatory words perhaps: I found a post in one of the online forums where someone said it took Wizzair 3 days before they processed their payment, so perhaps your payment might still go through by default or something since I see that you posted this 2 days ago as of now… Slim chance? Oh yeah…. Anyways, do post on here if there is any development and I guess I’ll do the same. Best of luck to us both :D

    • Luka says:

Also take a look at this:
      http://wizzair.com/en-GB/useful_information/faq#4
It says that the booking confirmation may take up to 4-5 working days.

    • heinz beans says:

      sefton,
not trying to wind you up. but it seems you did not read the terms and conditions . i think you need to be on the up and up here with everyone. it sounds like you brought all this on yourself. blaming wizz air is easy because they cannot defend themselves to your angry posting here on wizzairsucks. com. Please sefton – i think you know you are wrong and you should man up and admit it.

    • stan says:

The same problem for me, I made a bank transfer which was in the end more expensive than paying by car. Now I can’t reach them by phone because I live in Luxembourg and not in the country where they have a call centre! All my attempts to contact them are useless and they don’t answer the emails.

I’m definitely not going to pay for another ticket to those bastards, I rather go home 1500km by car!!

      • stan says:

On the 7th day from paying, I received the confirmation of the flight. My written claims may have urged it. Anyway, it’s painful if you can’t reach them via phone if you happen to live outside of the country with a local centre such as in my case.

        • CheapFlightsStillAttractMe says:

Hi Stan, try contacts, other countries, and use the ones with international landlines like cyprus. I used skype for example.

    • Magyar Csaba says:

Hate them? Don’t use them then, Sinples. Use Ryanair instead and see what a lovely service you receive. Plonker!

  6. WIZZAIR goes from strength to strengt!h !!!

    Hurray !!

Only thing that SUCKS here is THIS SITE !!

  7. Jerry says:

Sure Wizziar has low fares but I got enough of the louzy service&attitude. Will start using other airlines and happiy pay a little bit more… In order to describe the company better the company’s name should not start with W, but in stead P…

  8. Gee Hawk says:
