My husband booked a flight to Poland and we were rushed to go to beragamo which apparently in Romania. After examining our visa and informing them to visit a relative in Poland this was the result. It’s non refundable and we were told several time we cannot help you and the freak old lady said my colleague is not here DO YOU WANT TO GO TO HER HOME this was this freak told us. She made a mistake and it’s not me. So it’s not my problem. We Arabs travel a lot!!! I will escalate this issue and make sure this airline will not be use by anyone of us!!!!!! Fly emirates and we will give the best service. Thus airline will go nowhere and hopefully one day it will be terminated forever!!!!

right yesterday reading MyWizz, I casually discovered that, Wizzair decided to change the dates of my flights to Georgia, who knows when this decision was made! I simply read that the flight which was departing on 25th of February will depart on 22nd and the return from 5th to 1st of March! Anyone told me this? NO! You can say yeah right, problem is that these flights are from Poland, I’m in Italy, and I booked also Wizzair flights to Poland…of course they are still on the 24th and of the 4th!!! I wrote them, answers? As always NOPE!

OFC it’s easy to say that when:
a) you don’t give 2 shits about your clients
b) you have no idea what you’re doing
c) the change of the day costs as mutch as the whole damn ticket (in my LAST case – 150eur)

wizzair sucks. period.

Did you know that if you have a larger cabin luggage than the new reduced size specified (42x32x25 cm) Wizzair charges you extra. The extra charged in Hungary is about 45 Euros (12900 HUF). The Wizzair UK site quotes 10 and 13 Euros and I am unable to understand how this difference is operated.

If someone is reading this from Wizzair, I need anwsesr to 3 questions:

1./ Why this enormous difference in fees for the same non-service?
2/ If I book a return flight from Luton to Budapest, do I pay the Hungarian or the Luton price for my larger cabin luggage?
3/ If I book a return flight from Budapest to Luton, do I pay the Luton or the Budapest fee for the larger cabin luggage?

I have been flying with them 5 years with the same bag and today apparently it is now a large bag. How sn inanimate object can slter its physical state is beyond me. Frankly I don’t Nedd that kind of hassle when I got up at 3:30 in the morning. I got the names of the two ex gestapo staff at the gate to complain. Looking at this site, there is little chance of getting my money back. But I like a fight!
